The Watcher

The Overseer, the Archivist, the Catagorist. Their job is to record but never interfere. They have libraries full of knowledge collected over all of time and space. They hunger for knowledge and their hunters usually share a singular drive to know all that can be known. The Watcher appears often as an unblinking eye, or an androgynous figure with three wide, all-seeing eyes.
