The Ghost

Poppy is one of many of the sprawling Vanderbilt family tree. With nine other siblings, she was often forgotten about and she often thought that her parents’ excitement at her crossing the country to attend Ravenscar Academy had less to do with the prestigious school and more to do with having a way to conveniently forget about one of their kids. All but abandoned at Ravenscar, Poppy settled in and made friends, but the clique of cruel girls soon found fault with Poppy’s laidback manner and cast her aside, leaving her lonely and once again adrift.
