Maya is the youngest child of Laurence Lombardi, a prosperous lawyer, and Deidre Lombardi, a powerful and immortal Seelie faerie. Being half fae, Maya has both the impressive abilities of her mother’s people, and their weaknesses. Like the faeries in the lore of old, making a bargain with Maya can be as rewarding as it is dangerous. If you break a promise you swore, Maya will show you the wrath and retribution that the fair folk are well known for.
