The Vampire

Livana was born human to an abusive family that took no small amount of pleasure in torturing her. At school, she was bullied for her albinism and was unable to make many friends, and her home was a hell devoid of love or positive attention. When a mysterious stranger changed her in the back of a grimy alleyway in Ravenna, Livana was taken in and unofficially adopted by the headmistress of Ravenscar Academy, Adrasteia Carras, an ancient and powerful vampire in her own right.
